Emergency Alert To Talk Show Hosts!!
FUTURE OF FREE TALK RADIO IMPERILED!
By Rev. Ted Pike
The big phone and cable companies are lobbying Congress to allow
them to take over the internet. They want to commercialize the web
in favor of big spenders and the politically correct versus small
entrepreneurs and the politically incorrect. Such include talk show
hosts on the political right.
Talk hosts who criticize homosexuality, ADL and evil Jewish leadership
or who question the accuracy of the six million figure of Jewish "Holocaust" victims
will be excluded from a new privatized internet. The internet will
be dominated largely by the same Jewish media moguls who now run
the liberal media.
MEDIA BOSSES LOBBY CONGRESS
Right now, Verizon, Comcast, AT&T, Bell South, etc., are successfully
pouring millions of lobbying dollars into Congress. Recently they
persuaded the House to pass legislation which, while seeming to support
internet freedom, actually does nothing to restrain the phone and
cable giants. Several legislative initiatives which would have guaranteed
neutrality of the web were defeated.
Result: It's up to the Senate to decide if the internet will remain
free. Their decision will directly affect whether you as a talk show
host can continue to speak the truth freely to a worldwide audience
or must shrink back to only your local listeners.
The phone and cable companies have been working very swiftly behind
the scenes, hoping to end internet freedom before the public wakes
up and protests.
SAVING FREE TALK RADIO
What are you doing to sound the alarm?
A number of talk hosts have been putting me on their programs to
explain this little known but enormous threat to their listeners.
Wouldn't you regret it if a few months from now the Senate goes
the way of the House and gives media giants the power to push you
off the internet -- and you had not done your utmost to defeat them?
NOW IS THE TIME TO SPEAK OUT
Here's your chance to save your outreach over the internet.
First, go to www.truthtellers.org and read my latest article, "Threats
to a Free Internet."
Second, call me at 503-631-3808 and book an interview. We can have
a dynamic discussion of the two great threats to internet freedom
- Hate laws banning free speech on the internet
- Attempts of the phone
and cable monopolies to privatize the worldwide web
The talk show you save may be your own.
