YOU MUST KILL THE HATE BILL! NOT BUSH

With the Senate back in session, the federal "anti-hate" bill
could be voted on by Tuesday, September 4. Since President Bush promised
to veto it, you might say, "Why call my Senator? Bush will save
our free speech!"
Don’t count on it.
Politics is the art of compromise and illusion. We deeply appreciate
the President's promise to veto the hate bill. Yet, most of
Bush's presidency as a "born again" defender of Christian/patriotic
values has been an illusion. In seven years, he has delivered
little moral leadership. Instead he has usurped power, expanded government
intrusion, and violated our civil rights to an unprecedented degree.
Anyone who passively trusts him is out of touch with reality.
Bush could veto the bill in its present form, confer with Democrats,
and then create and approve a "compromise" hate bill just
as deadly as the original. Passing a "modified" bill is
exactly what Bush promised during his first term as President.
We can't trust protection of our precious freedom to the President.
We must defeat the hate bill on the open field of battle, the floor
of the Senate! The most powerful and lasting defeat of the hate bill
must come there. Only a victory in the Senate will make it
perfectly clear that rejection by the people --not veto by the President--defeated
this Orwellian legislation.
The American people must establish this precedent because powerful
Democrat and Republican leaders intend to elect a pro-hate bill President.
Pro-homosexual national leadership could become so evil that conservatives
may well remember Bush with nostalgia. The establishment is giving
Americans even less choice for President than we have ever had, promoting
political opportunists such as Clinton, Giuliani and Romney (See, Do

Giuliani, darling of New York 's homosexual community, has been
featured at ADL/B'nai B'rith's Organization for Security and Cooperation
in Europe (OSCE). This 56-nation hate crime gestapo is dedicated
to ending free speech on the internet and making "homophobic" Christians
into hate criminals (See, Global

Zero Tolerance for Hate Bill Politicians
If a pro-hate bill President is elected in 2008, free speech can
only be saved if lovers of freedom have much greater powers of coercion
over members of Congress than they have today. That power can
only come from our demonstrated threat of defeating politicians next
time at the polls.
Every member of Congress and all candidates for President must
learn that Americans will not allow our free speech to be stolen. Politicians
must be courteously yet firmly told by constituents that if they
vote for hate laws we will use every possible means (including internet,
talk radio, church, and conservative organizations) to defeat them
in the next election.
Members of Congress have been elected to represent the people.
Precious few actually do. This is partly because the people themselves
have lost the vision of our Founding Fathers: that the people control
government. Politicians have been allowed to perversely "vote
their conscience" on critical moral and national issues such
as hate laws, abortion, and homosexual rights without fear of concerted
action to remove them from office.
It is vital NOW that you inform your Senator that you no longer
understand or accept a pro-hate bill vote.
Calling the Senate is also vital to encourage Republican Senators
to put up a fight on the floor of the Senate, as early as right now. They
must debate, filibuster, and reject any possibility of a "modified" hate
bill. Opposition to the hate bill on the Senate level will reach
the President, encouraging him to keep his word and reject negotiation
with the Democrats.
All western democracies are rapidly losing freedom of speech to
hate crime laws and their close cousin, workplace "anti-discrimination" laws.
The Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith has said that even if
their present hate bill is rejected it will be resubmitted, possibly
under an extremely liberal President.
The hate bill or some version of it as "stealth legislation" WILL
become law unless you and I remain vigilant and speak out.
Here's what you can do!
1. Call the Senator from your district TODAY. Toll free 1-877-851-6437.
Toll 1-202-225-3121. Say, "Please do not vote for Senator
Kennedy's hate crimes bill. Hate laws are destroying free speech
in many countries. If the Senator votes for it, I and my friends
will work to defeat him/her in the next election."
2. Come here
at truthtellers.org for the list of 37 Senators who are best
candidates for persuasion against the hate bill. Call them, and
call again, until the hate bill is defeated.
Since the 110th Congress convened in January, Americans have protested
as seldom before and defeated at least four major un-American bills.
The hate bill is by far the greatest threat. We must turn to God
in prayer and continue to speak out as if liberty entirely depended
on us. God has promised that when His people put their trust in Him
and take action He will make a way where there is no way. As Janet
Folger says, "faith to action" is the only practical political
option we have left.
