Yesterday on Easter Sunday, countless Christians of all denominations gathered to honor and celebrate something almost too wonderful to believe: 2,000 years ago the Creator of all things was no longer content to remain in heaven and view from afar the sin and misery of man. He descended into the womb of a righteous Jewish woman and took the form of a human like us. He walked and preached a simple message: Sincere repentance and childlike daily trust in Him are all God requires for eternal life.

Yet the leaders of His chosen people, the Jews, bitterly resented His indictment of their hypocrisies. They also resented the competition He presented for the loyalty of the nation. They persuaded the Romans to crucify Him. Yet, as God, it was impossible for Jesus to remain in the grave. On the third day, He arose. Soon after, Jesus went back to heaven where He sits on the right hand of God the Father.

In yesterday’s services, true Christians celebrated not only the fact that Jesus came and rose from the dead but an almost equally incredible miracle: The Creator, by dying for man, generated tremendous spiritual power, unknown before, to change the motives and appetites of those who trust in Him. When we are “born again," He and the Holy Spirit cleanse and transform our natures. As a result, rebellion to the known will of God becomes loathsome, like eating refuse.

For millennia, Jesus has been honored as the only real source of moral purification and reconciliation with a holy God. This is upheld not just by Jesus’ claim (“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father but by me”) but by the testimonies of millions who have personally experienced His transforming power.

Satan desires to destroy Christ’s work of grace within true believers. He claims Christ’s shed blood has no power. In fact, he asserts, Christians are more likely to be rivalrous, lying, cheating, backstabbing, and immoral hypocrites than they were before. It's better to be an atheist, agnostic, immoral, or just not care.

In short, Satan delights in the script of “Good Christian Bitches” (GCB), especially as contained in its doubleheader Easter special. Last night GCB loudly proclaimed: Christianity doesn’t work. It doesn’t work for women in Dallas, TX, and it works no better for men, women, and young people everywhere!

GCB was created for television primarily by anti-Christian Jews. Most pivotal is practicing observant Jewish CEO of Disney/ABC, Robert Iger. Two militantly homosexual Jews, Darren Star and Alan Poul, are the executive producer and director. (See, The Jews Behind "Good Christian Bitches") It is not surprising then that, like their ancient forbearers, the Pharisees, who did their best to mock and invalidate Christ, such Jews took advantage of Christianity’s most sacred day, Easter. Premeditatively positioned to close a day of national praise of Jesus and the power of His resurrection, the back-to-back episodes last night were meant to give these haters of Jesus the last word.

Here’s how that was done during GCB’s two-hour “Easter Sermon” to seven million viewers:

GCB’s Perverted Easter Sermon

“Turn the Other Cheek” is the theme of the first of Easter’s two new episodes. Carlene invites the church to her opulent, materialistic Gone with the Wind-themed vow renewal. Amanda continues to flirt with Carlene’s little brother. “God forgive you, kitten, we’re all sinners,” Carlene’s husband reassures her when she expresses some guilt over her past bitchy behavior. Cricket and her homosexual husband Blake consider bringing another child into their “white marriage” while flying a cavernous private jet. Cricket is used to mock Christian alcoholism, swigging from a giant bottle. The episode includes a joke about the verse, “His rod and thy staff, they comfort me,” being a euphemism for the obvious. This isn’t the only time Biblical phrases are used to mock. “We can’t all be hunters before the Lord,” says Carlene on the bachelorette hunting party, while brandishing cleavage. Sharon spreads malicious gossip in an effort to manipulate. Carlene faints and then has an emotional meltdown when she finds out her original marriage contract was never filed. Her flouncy temper tantrum would be funny if it weren’t mocking wealthy “Christian” heterosexual marriages as materialistic and self-serving. Blake again shows himself one of the most likable characters, promising Cricket that (despite sex with his ranch hands) he is completely committed to his family—while soft, piano music plays in the background.

The second episode is sex-themed. The pastor dines at the Hooters-style restaurant, “Booby-licious,” where he offers to hire Amanda, a waitress in skin-tight short shorts, as church secretary. She then goes home and initiates sex with Carlene’s little brother. Cricket and Blake interview potential surrogate mothers. To remind us who they’re lampooning (Christian conservatives), they icily reject a potential surrogate when she says she campaigned for Obama. Sharon, ever the buffoon, begins a diet based on foods mentioned in the Bible. The pastor assigns all “committed couples, married or otherwise entwined” to have sex daily for a week. Carlene watches Amanda’s daughter bite off a churro while a boy holds it, in church. Sharon’s husband admits to watching pornography, and she doesn’t object. Cricket asks her husband whether he is the top or the bottom when he has sex with men. Gigi doesn’t want to marry her sweetheart before testing his “stick shift,” but he doesn’t want to disrespect her with premarital sex. Carlene starts an abstinence club for the youth, who promise to not even fantasize about sex while dressed head to toe in white. Amanda, a non-Christian, but ever the most sympathetic, rounded character, opposes the abstinence club because it doesn’t include education. “All you’re doing here is demonizing sex,” she protests when Carlene throws a cartoonish event warning about STDs and other consequences of promiscuity. She makes abstinence programs look not only ridiculous but also useless when her son is found engaging in foreplay in the closet with Amanda’s daughter.

Worse Will Come if We Don't Resist

ABC says it inserted the two Easter GCB episodes, saturated with sex and mockery of Christians, on Easter Sunday merely because they want to find out if GCB is popular enough in the 9 pm PST timeslot to permanently replace “Desperate Housewives” next season. Why couldn’t they have made their experiment next week? While such a doubling sometimes occurs at the beginning of a season or as a series finale, it is highly unusual to do so in midseason, especially to end Christianity’s most sacred holiday.

Clearly, the real reason is to vent Jewish hatred and mockery of Christianity. They simply couldn’t pass up this opportunity to loudly, sneeringly proclaim, “Christianity doesn’t work! Jesus was an imposter. He didn’t rise from the dead and there is no power in His death and resurrection to change anyone.”

Had enough? The people’s boycott of GCB sponsors has been powerfully effective, with nine commercial advertisers having abandoned support. But unless you do your part to phone and email remaining sponsors, such success cannot continue. If we do not stop GCB now, much, much worse will come in the months and years ahead.
