She is beautiful, articulate, and controversial. But she is also fanatical, and even dangerous. Radical Jewish anti-Islamic activist and Fox News regular Pamela Geller said on her blog in 2010: “And I pray dearly that in the ungodly event that Tehran or its jihadi proxies (Hez’Ballah, Hamas, etc.) target Israel with a nuke, that she retaliate with everything she has at Tehran, Mecca, Medina……not to mention Europe. They exterminated all their Jews, but that wasn’t enough. These monsters then went on to import the next generation of Jew-killers.” By “Jew-killers,” she means Muslims: “This new hatred comes from Muslim immigrants. The Jewish people are afraid now.”

Geller shares a similar view with Israeli advocates of “The Samson Option”: if Israel is to be destroyed by nuclear attack, it should destroy the whole world by unloading its entire nuclear arsenal upon it. (See Does the Bible Predict Israel's "Nuclear Shield?")

Geller Supports Norway Massacre

Geller is also a supporter of Norway mass-murderer Anders Behring Breivik. “The Right wing terrorist in Norway, Anders Behring Breivik, had praised her blog and thoroughly cited her writing in his political manifesto…Geller justifies Breivik’s attack on the Norwegian Labor Party Summer Youth Camp because she says the camp is part of an anti-Israel ‘indoctrination training center.’” She says the victims would have grown up to become “future leaders of the party responsible for flooding Norway with Muslims who refuse to assimilate, who commit major violence against Norwegian nationals including violent gang rapes, with impunity, and who live on the dole.”

Favored by Anti-Muslim Republicans

Geller portrays herself as an admirer of Ayn Rand and an anti-Obama political conservative. Some leaders of the Republican and anti-Islamic right have publically supported her. Geller’s website, “Atlas Shruggs,” shows her posed with House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA). It says she has also posed with Newt Gingrich. Here are luminaries she says are also on her side:

Ambassador John Bolton: “Well, I read Atlas Shruggs, Power Line, National Review blogs…Atlas Shruggs breaks more news than dozens of liberal blogs combined.”
Mark Steyn: “I’m a fan.”
Geert Wilders: “You do great work. You are a hero.”
Veteran hate law foe, Rep. Steven King (R-IA) describes her as “a nationally- recognized authority on the threat of radical Islam.”
Michael Freund of The Jerusalem Post praises her as "a refreshing alternative to the moral relativism and politically-correct blather of the media."
Her blog also lists her as a National Review, Human Events, American Thinker, and Big Government contributor. She has also received the Anne Taylor Award for Courage.
Although some Jewish groups are calling for members to distance themselves, she is commended by the Jewish Southern Poverty Law Center. SPLC says: "Blessed with sultry Hollywood sex appeal and a sassy scythe-like wit - a personable Ann Coulter and articulate Sarah Palin rolled into one - Geller would ride the Parks project protest to super stardom."

Muslims Are “Savage”

At this moment, Geller is in the middle of a firestorm of controversy over her NYC subway ad promotion describing Muslims as “savage” in contrast to “civilized” Israelis. “A virulently Islamophobic advertisement campaign referring to Muslims as ‘savage’ went live this week in 10 New York City subway stations. The advertisements, created and funded by Pamela Geller’s American Freedom Defense Initiative, read, ‘In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.’” The NYC transit authority was forced to allow these ads as political free speech. But they would qualify as a hate crime (holding up an identifiable group for hatred and contempt) in hate law countries outside of the U.S.

Muslims are justified in their outrage against Geller’s depiction of them as “savage” versus “civilized” Israelis. The historical truth is that “civilized” nations have a sordid record of inhumane treatment toward “savage” peoples they have encountered. Remember what our “civilized” forefathers did to the Native American “savages” or what the Dutch Boers did to the South African blacks or the Australians to the Aborigines? This is precisely what the “civilized” Israelis did, and still do, toward the displaced and relentlessly oppressed Palestinians.

Heightening Racism and Intolerance Worldwide

Geller is a manifestation of the heightening racism and intolerance I have warned against among many ethnic and religious groups worldwide—alienation that could lead to race war. It exists in the anti-Zionist right (see The "Bad Jewish Genes" Theory) and the Zionist right in Israel (see Israel’s Increasing Anti-Christianity). It is especially tragic that the evangelical/Republican right, scorning the reality that Jewish supremacy poses an exponentially greater threat than Islam (see Why We Should Fear Zionism More than Islam), have become bedfellows with the anti-Muslim Zionists.

As a result, as the Bible portrays, they have become “unequally yoked together” with a fundamentally anti-Christian lobby. Rejecting truth about the Zionist threat and its unbiblical occupation of Palestine (see List of Conditional Occupation Verses), the religious right confirms Christ’s prediction that in the last days, the powers of deception will be so pervasive and convincing that “even the very elect, if possible, will be deceived.” (Matt. 24:24) Scripture says because of scorning truth, “God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” (2 Thess. 2:11)

With Zionists like Geller advising Republicans and Zionist Christians, the outcome is certain: “If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the ditch.” (Matt. 15:14)
